Happy Sunday! Just want to remind everyone that in September we are able to attend the body scan with CrossFit Athena in Brush. If you still need info let us know. Also, no 7 am class on Tuesday this week.

Thursday's WOD

Friday's WOD
7 min amrap

10 weighted sit ups
